QAエンジニア/ QA Engineer

A renowned technology company is looking for a QA Engineer. The selected candidate will take ownership of quality assurance processes, lead QA initiatives, and ensure the timely delivery of top-quality software products. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Standardise quality processes and collaborate with development teams to improve service quality
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Identify, isolate, and report issues, escalating as needed to stakeholders
• Develop and track quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Define and implement overall test strategies
• Mentor and guide QA Engineers to promote best practices and team growth
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the QA team
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications effectively

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of professional experience in QA Engineering
• Practical experience in software testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience in test case design and review
• Proven experience with scripting languages is ideal
• Experience contributing to requirements preparation is preferred
• Proficient in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Knowledge of Git workflows
• Understanding of React and Redux is desired
• Conversational level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)
