職務内容:

• Drive product planning, requirements definition, and feature delivery aligned with product roadmap
• Gather and prioritize enterprise customer requirements while managing stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with global engineering teams in English to define specifications and drive development
• Make product prioritization decisions based on business impact, scalability, and development cost
• Improve AI conversation quality and optimize voice UX, including latency, turn-taking, and barge-in handling
• Evaluate build-vs-buy strategies and support product development in Agile environments
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-focused solution
  
  

応募要件:

• 3+ years of Product Management and/or Project Management experience
• Experience in product development or product management for Generative AI, Voice AI, IVR, or Chatbot solutions, with a solid understanding of the underlying AI technologies and their capabilities
• Ability to understand AI product architecture and technical constraints, and effectively discuss specifications and feasibility with engineering teams
• Business-level English proficiency (Japanese proficiency negotiable)
