ソフトウェアプロジェクトリーダー/ Software Project Leader

A global automotive technology company is looking for a Software Project Leader (SWPL). The successful candidate will lead software development and integration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical requirements, release plans, cost, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the software sub-team, taking accountability for project targets
• Manage acquisition, development, integration, and validation of software systems according to technical and non-technical requirements, release plans, company strategy, and time, scope, cost, and quality targets
• Support successful integration of interdependent concepts as a member of the core team
• Act as a key contact for customers
• Manage the complete software development process from system and software requirement analysis to software integration testing
• Ensure compliance with agreed OEM development schedules and planned development costs
• Optimise software system solutions with respect to costs
• Lead software system development and integration while respecting required maturity levels with customers and internal stakeholders
• Work independently and maintain a professional attitude in high-pressure situations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 environments
• Experience developing embedded automotive products across 3 or more projects
• Experience working across Hardware, Software, and Mechanics departments
• Core competencies in electronics, software, HMI, and automotive development
• Good communication, facilitation, and coordination skills
• General knowledge of project management
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of automotive software architecture, including AUTOSAR
• Knowledge of automotive development processes, including ASPICE (ISO/IEC 15504)
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434)
• Knowledge of automotive communication interfaces, including CAN/LIN and SerDes
• Knowledge of project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
• Knowledge of requirements management tools
• Knowledge of CANoe or CANape
• Knowledge with Matlab/Simulink or TargetLink
