ITプロジェクトリード／プロジェクトマネージャー/ IT Project Lead / Project Manager

A multinational IT services company is looking for an IT Project Lead / Project Manager. The selected candidate will manage project progress, issues, resources, client communication, system enhancements, and delivery across the system lifecycle from operations and maintenance through development. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project issues, overall progress, members, and other project resources
• Respond to client enquiries and technical and business questions
• Review project deliverables and project documentation
• Handle matters related to internal controls
• Gather and organise requirements for system enhancements
• Propose system improvements and solutions directly to clients
• Support system operations, maintenance, development, and project delivery
• Communicate and negotiate directly with clients and internal and external stakeholders
• Support prime-contract projects across a broad range of system lifecycle phases
• Build system and business knowledge to progress towards leading large-scale system replacement projects

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of practical project management experience
• Professional experience in IT system development or operations
• Experience in an in-house Information Systems department is also accepted
• Native level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Basic SQL skills and experience working with databases
• Experience developing or operating systems in a Windows OS environment
• Experience developing or operating systems using C#.NET
• Experience developing or operating sales order management systems
• Experience developing or operating EDI systems
• Professional experience within an Information Systems department or a client-site environment
