プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global digital services and consulting company is looking for a Bilingual Project Manager to lead SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects. The selected candidate will manage projects from planning through execution and go-live, with responsibility for risk, issues, schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and customer communication while coordinating with offshore development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects from planning through execution and go-live
• Define and maintain project schedules, budgets, scope, deliverables, and estimations
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and coordinate their needs and expectations
• Drive transition and change management before, during, and after project implementation
• Conduct periodic project reviews and mitigate risks using a data-driven approach
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and deliverables to achieve project goals
• Escalate project issues to senior management when required
• Control and report on project activities, systems, and information security
• Analyse and resolve implementation, stakeholder, and project operation issues that may affect service quality
• Drive process optimisation, improvement, and modernisation initiatives where appropriate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution, with three years of progressive experience in the specialty considered in lieu of each year of education
• More than 15 years of experience in Information Technology
• More than 8 years of experience in customer-facing project management on ERP projects
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan or a valid Japanese citizenship, as visa sponsorship is not available
• Near native Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle ERP projects
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
• Possess a valid PMP Certified Practitioner or similar qualification
