データ＆AIプラットフォームプロジェクトマネージャー/ Data & AI Platform Project Manager

An international technology consulting company is looking for a Project Manager - Data & AI Platform. The selected candidate will manage requirements alignment, development teams, project progress, issues, risks, quality and scope while coordinating with Japan and global teams. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements alignment, issue organisation, and stakeholder communication with the client
• Manage Japan onsite and India global development teams
• Manage project progress, issues, risks, quality, and scope
• Prepare and present reports for internal leadership and the client
• Drive solution implementation planning based on the client's business processes and challenges

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of practical experience in IT
• More than 5 years of project management experience and team management experience of 10 or more people
• Experience in external client communication, requirements organisation, and progress, issue, and risk management
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in a bilingual Japanese and English environment or collaborating with global teams
• Large-scale project management experience
• Experience driving projects using offshore teams
• Knowledge or practical experience in DWH, ETL, BI, or MDM data platforms
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of data-related tools such as Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI
