プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A growing technology company is looking for a Project Manager (Professional Services / Accounting AI Implementation). The selected candidate will manage implementation projects end-to-end, drive accounting business process transformation, coordinate stakeholders, and support customer adoption and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product implementation projects from onboarding through stable production operation
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand customer accounting processes and analyse current operations and business challenges
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including requirements definition, business process design, UAT, production deployment, and go-live support
• Lead business process improvement consulting engagements and custom AI implementation projects
• Build alignment among enterprise customer stakeholders and coordinate with partner companies, internal development teams, and Sales teams
• Manage escalations and develop solutions to address implementation issues
• Support customer adoption and operational stabilisation after implementation
• Recommend process improvements and optimisation opportunities and drive upselling and cross-selling
• Provide customer feedback to product teams to influence product evolution
• Contribute to implementation quality improvement and the design and standardisation of Professional Services offerings
• Collaborate with development teams on product development, PMF strategies, pre-sales consulting, and customer advisory engagements

Requirements:

• Experience managing client-facing system implementation or system integration projects
• Strong communication skills including customer interviews, requirement gathering, internal stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
• Strong problem-solving ability to identify technical and operational challenges and propose and execute effective solutions

Preferred requirements:

• Experience deploying enterprise-scale systems such as ERP platforms or large SaaS implementations
• Project management certification such as PMP
• Knowledge of or certification related to Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
• Familiarity with RPA, accounting software, ERP systems, or Business Intelligence tools
• Business level English and other languages
