プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A rapidly expanding industrial AI company is looking for an AI Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end AI project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with enterprise clients and global stakeholders, and drive successful implementation of AI solutions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead issue discovery and create AI solution proposals based on client business challenges
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, cost estimates, and expected ROI
• Manage client negotiations, including scope definition and expectation management
• Provide direction and maintain close communication with internal and external AI engineers
• Manage project delivery, including scheduling, quality, risk management, deliverables, and client reporting
• Coordinate communication between Japanese clients and global teams
• Support AI projects from proposal development through execution

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as a project manager or consultant
• Experience managing AI projects and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience creating proposals, defining project scope, estimating timelines, costs, and ROI
• Ability to negotiate with clients and manage project schedules, quality, risks, and deliverables
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technology
• Proactive approach to managing AI projects with a high degree of uncertainty
• Advanced level Japanese; business level English or Korean

Preferred requirements:

• Experience executing projects in manufacturing, AI, or IT sectors
• Experience in software development or as a Project Leader
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience delivering enterprise projects
