組み込みプロジェクトマネージャー/ Embedded Project Manager

A global technology services company is looking for an Embedded Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead automotive embedded software and hardware projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive technical discussions, manage project delivery, and support software development activities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of automotive embedded software and hardware projects
• Set milestones, assign ownership, track progress, and deliver status reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate engineering, testing, suppliers, and OEM teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain technical understanding of embedded architectures and engineering completeness
• Guide development teams, lead technical discussions, and drive solutions to complex challenges
• Contribute to software development and debugging tasks when required

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in the automotive software industry
• More than 2 years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of automotive embedded software requirements and system architectures
• Proficiency in C programming for real-time and embedded applications
• Hands-on experience with CMMI and/or ASPICE development processes

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with AUTOSAR standards and implementation
• Familiarity with ISO 26262
• Familiarity with agile/waterfall hybrid delivery
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
