オートメーションサービスプロダクトエンジニア/ Automation Service Product Engineer

A leading financial services organisation is looking for an Automation Service Product Engineer. The selected candidate will support and enhance ServiceNow-based risk management solutions, develop platform capabilities, manage system operations, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and improve ServiceNow-based Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions
• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and system integrations
• Create dashboards, KPI and KRI reports, and risk analytics solutions
• Handle platform upgrades, patches, deployments, and data migration activities
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across global teams
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver end-user training

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or support
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, REST APIs, and Workflows
• Experience with integrations, import sets, and data migration
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with IRM, GRC, or TPRM solutions
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT
• Possess a valid ServiceNow certification
