プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global IT solutions company is looking for a Technical Lead. The chosen candidate will oversee multiple development projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring scope, budget, quality, and timeline control.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects assigned to nearly 50 systems and related projects in the development department
• Oversee project progress, schedule, and resource allocation; identify and resolve risks
• Lead the project through each phase from proposal and contract phase to maintenance and operation
• Manage overall project revenues and expenditures and ensure operation in accordance with the budget
• Develop strategies to maximize cost efficiency and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure transparency by reporting income and expenditures to clients and management
• Establish quality standards for project deliverables and assure deliverables meet those standards through review and audit
• In the event of quality deficiencies, promptly implement measures to address them and make continual improvements
• Conduct a quality evaluation after the project is completed and propose improvements for the next project
• Hear customer requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate contract details
• Work with the sales team to support proposal activities and develop the necessary conditions for project initiation
• Work closely with the team and outside vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery of deliverables
• Assist in the smooth progress of projects through vendor coordination and schedule management

Requirements:

• Experience in project management (managing large systems and multiple projects)
• Experience in proposal activities and contract-related work
• Proven track record of project cost control and deliverable quality control
• Vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills
• High analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred requirements:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK and PRINCE2
