PMO/ PMO

A global IT solutions company is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) professional. The selected candidate will assist in project execution, cost control, quality management, and risk resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Support management of multiple projects from proposal to operation phases
• Track project progress, manage issues, and allocate resources efficiently
• Monitor project income and expenditures, preparing related management reports
• Assist in reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and propose process improvements
• Collaborate with the sales team to organise customer requirements and support proposal and contract preparation
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress

Requirements:

• Practical experience in project management support or PMO, particularly in cost and quality control
• Experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Redmine, or Asana
• Prior experience in deliverables and quality review support
• Experience assisting in proposal and contract processes
