システム・ネットワークエンジニア/ Systems & Network Engineer

An international innovation and flexible workspace company is looking for a Systems & Network Engineer. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable systems and network infrastructure while supporting business operations across global locations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi environments
• Deploy, operate, and maintain cloud services, business systems, and internal platforms
• Manage physical access control systems and user access across global sites
• Monitor system performance and plan capacity to support business growth
• Manage network hardware, software, and vendor relationships
• Maintain technical documentation, network configurations, and change management records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions and technical support
• Participate in on-call support and resolve network and infrastructure incidents

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience as a Systems or Network Engineer
• Experience with IT service management principles
• Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure design, network security, & troubleshooting
• Experience with eXtreme Networks, Ruckus, Cisco, Juniper, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix, Docker, Kubernetes, Windows, Linux virtual machines, and Google Workspace
• Ability to design scalable infrastructure solutions and work independently in a global environment
• Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with physical access control systems
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Possess a valid ITIL certification
