Head of Partner & Alliances

A multinational information technology services company is looking for a Head of Partner & Alliances. The selected candidate will lead strategic partnerships, expand the partner ecosystem, and drive business growth through collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with key technology and business partners
• Lead and develop a team of alliance professionals
• Expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem across new opportunities
• Develop joint business and go-to-market strategies with partners
• Drive collaboration between internal teams and external partners
• Monitor partnership performance and support ongoing business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 12 years of enterprise software experience (managing regional sales channels, Value-Added Resellers, domestic SIers, and Global Systems Integrators)
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling large partners to successfully deliver high-value, complex enterprise digital transformation projects
• Background in building, scaling, and managing a partner ecosystem for a top-tier global SaaS or cloud software provider
• Native level written and spoken Japanese; business level written and spoken English
