OTセキュリティスーパーバイザー/ OT Security Supervisor

A renowned consumer goods company is looking for an OT Security Supervisor. The selected candidate will lead OT cybersecurity, manufacturing digitalisation, and cross-site technology projects while supporting secure and reliable operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary OT Security and Digitalisation contact for manufacturing sites, partnering with engineering, IT, and global stakeholders
• Lead OT cybersecurity initiatives including compliance, risk assessments, vulnerability management, security enhancements, and incident response
• Maintain and improve PLC, DCS, SCADA, industrial networks, and manufacturing automation systems to ensure availability and performance
• Drive digitalisation initiatives using MES, IIoT, Process Historian, Analytics, and Industry 4.0 technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate OT projects across multiple sites with internal teams, system integrators, and external vendors
• Provide technical leadership through site visits, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and OT security awareness and training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Digital, Industrial, Chemical, related field of engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation, OT Systems, Manufacturing Digitalisation, or OT Cybersecurity
• Understanding of PLC / DCS, Industrial Network Technologies, MES, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 Solutions
• Possess valid OT Cybersecurity and Industrial Automation certification
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in OT Security or Industrial Cybersecurity
• Prior experience in OT Security or Industrial Cybersecurity
• Proven experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Background with international organisations, industrial automation vendors, or system integrators
• Understanding of MES, IIoT, Process Historian, Analytics platforms, and Industry 4.0 solutions
