プリセールスエンジニア/ Presales Engineer

A renowned security company is looking for a Presales Engineer. The selected candidate will support product readiness, sales enablement, customer support, and market development activities while ensuring successful product delivery and adoption. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are ready for launch by supporting testing, quality standards, and deployment preparation
• Support marketing initiatives with product expertise and go-to-market activities
• Develop and maintain sales presentations, technical documentation, and solution materials
• Deliver product and solution training for sales teams and channel partners
• Provide technical support and assist customers with product-related inquiries and issues
• Gather market feedback, coordinate onboarding activities, and support compliance and licensing requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related domain
• More than 3 years of experience in IT B to B roles
• Knowledge of the Internet ecosystem, Cloud Security, Cloud infrastructure, Managed Hosting and/or Cloud Computing services Concrete skills

Preferred requirements:

• Business level English and Mandarin is a plus
