ITビジネスソリューションマネージャー/ IT Business Solution Manager

A global sporting goods company is looking for an IT Business Solution Manager. The selected candidate will shape regional IT strategy, align business systems with global standards, oversee IT delivery, and serve as a key technology partner to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop regional IT strategy aligned with global direction and business priorities
• Identify business system challenges and recommend technical and process improvements
• Standardise local business processes in line with global frameworks
• Manage internal and outsourced IT teams across projects and daily operations
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with regional and global IT teams
• Partner with leadership and global stakeholders on priorities, risks, escalations, and technology initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in executing IT projects (back-office systems such as EDI, ERP, WMS and holding positions in staff management
• Prior experience in technology development and deployment projects
• Proven leadership or managerial experience in IT
• Background in management administration (staff management, budget control and vendor contract management)
• Skilled in leading back-office project(s)
• Fluent level English and Japanese (JLPT N2+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in regional or multicultural management
• Prior experience/interests in sports industry
