プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A leading cybersecurity company is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will manage strategic partner engagements, coordinate product deployments, and support the delivery of consumer cybersecurity solutions across OEM, telecommunications, and ISP channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical and business relationships with Tier 1 OEM, telecommunications, and ISP partners
• Assess partner environments and recommend solutions to streamline product integration and deployment
• Coordinate requirements, project execution, deployment schedules, and partner acceptance across global teams
• Provide product expertise and contribute to AI-powered consumer cybersecurity solutions and enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, validate functionality, and maintain product quality
• Lead partner presentations, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of partner-facing experience
• Experience in software development and quality assurance, particularly on Windows platforms
• Knowledge of the consumer cybersecurity threat landscape
• Understanding of emerging AI technologies, trends, and tools
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in multi-lingual, cross-cultural environments
