ITビジネスパートナー/ IT Business Partner

A global industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for an IT Business Partner for Northeast Asia. The selected candidate will align business and IT strategies, manage technology investments, and oversee the successful delivery and governance of IT initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Align business priorities with IT strategies, objectives, and long-term technology roadmaps
• Advise stakeholders on industry trends, business capabilities, system architecture, and technology opportunities
• Plan and manage the annual IT investment portfolio within budget and strategic priorities
• Develop investment proposals covering scope, ROI, risks, resources, timelines, and financial requirements
• Oversee IT initiatives to achieve agreed scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and business value
• Guide governance committees, manage business analysts, and support compliance, security, audit, continuity, and disaster recovery activities

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of business partnership experience with exposure to senior business and IT management
• Experience in IT
• Proficient in Japanese and English
