リサーチマネージャー/ Research Manager

A renowned market research and advisory firm is looking for a Research Manager - AI and software. The selected candidate will conduct market research, develop forecasts, produce industry reports, and support subscription and custom advisory services. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute research across Japan’s software and AI markets
• Produce market forecasts, historical estimates, vendor share analyses, and research reports
• Conduct supplier and user interviews, demand surveys, web surveys, and secondary research
• Develop software and AI-related subscription and custom research services
• Present market insights at internal, external, and industry events
• Collaborate with global analysts and build relationships with software and AI solution vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in software architect, development and implementation support, marketing, and/or business planning at IT vendors, system integrators, consulting firms, or software or AI providers
• Experience in selecting and implementing SaaS/PaaS at user companies, or planning and managing systems including cloud solutions
• Proficient In MS Office Suite
• Understanding of software technologies, solutions, and markets
• Understanding of cloud technologies and products
• Native level reading, written, and verbal Japanese; proficient in reading and written English
