Webセキュリティエンジニア/ Web Security Engineer

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Web Security Engineer / Penetration Testing Engineer. The selected candidate will conduct security testing, manage vulnerability findings, and support remediation across web, API, mobile, infrastructure, and GenAI systems. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform security audits and penetration testing across network, infrastructure, web/API, mobile, and GenAI systems
• Analyse source code and software components using industry-standard tools and OWASP-based practices
• Create and manage vulnerability tickets with clear findings, risks, and remediation details
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and connection checks before security testing begins
• Communicate vulnerabilities and risk levels clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Verify remediation actions, review evidence, and improve security testing processes

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in security auditing and testing
• Experience in web application and network security testing
• Prior experience with security tooling (DAST, SAST, SCA, CSPM, mobile application security, network/vulnerability scanner tools)
• Knowledge of application vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and remediation techniques
• Knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing systems

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a DevSecOps environment and integration of security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA) into the development pipeline
• Prior experience in team/project lead or management
• Knowledge of public cloud security
• Understanding of mobile application security testing
• Familiarity with GenAI security
• Possess valid security certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, HTP CPTS, PNPT)
