ITインフラおよびサービス提供マネージャー/ IT Infra & Service Delivery Manager

A global data centre solutions company is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager. The selected candidate will lead IT service delivery, infrastructure operations, and stakeholder coordination across Japan data center and corporate environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery across N&I, AV, EUC, IAM, printers, and ITSM operations
• Coordinate stakeholders across global IT teams, local operations, vendors, and JV partners
• Manage IT readiness for data center projects including network setup, rack & stack, and handovers
• Lead procurement, asset management, and deployment of IT and AV equipment across sites
• Drive governance through issue tracking, escalation management, and decision-making processes
• Improve ITSM, IAM operations, and EUC lifecycle including onboarding, support, and asset tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in in computer science, information systems, engineering
• More than 5 years in IT service delivery/operations and/or IT program/project management
• Skilled in vendor management (SLA/quality/cost) and practical onsite coordination
• Understanding of IAM fundamentals and ITSM/incident management (Zendesk/ServiceNow or similar)
• Ability and willingness to travel to Tokyo/Osaka and the data center sites
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in data center operations or DC-related IT readiness/cutover/handover
• Proficient in ITSM operations/reporting; basic virtualization/cloud
