デリバリーマネージャー/ Delivery Manager

A global engineering and IT services company is looking for a Delivery Manager. The selected candidate will lead onsite delivery, drive technical presales, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project execution while supporting account growth and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the onsite delivery team to support client needs and business growth
• Drive technical presales activities including client discussions, workshops, solution scoping, and proposal presentations
• Coordinate project delivery, track progress, and resolve issues to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Act as the main client contact, aligning expectations and ensuring effective communication with internal teams
• Identify account growth opportunities and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to expand existing business
• Manage delivery budgets and margins while ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in project management/software development
• Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in IT outsourcing companies is ideal
• Prior technical background
