テクノロジーマネージャー/ Technology Manager

A multinational baby product company is looking for a Technology Manager – Digital Commerce Application Services. The selected candidate will oversee technical operations, vendor management, and system integrations to ensure reliable and scalable digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technology support for day-to-day operations of digital commerce platforms
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities
• Drive technical delivery of new features, updates, and platform enhancements
• Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
• Oversee cross-system integration efforts across Salesforce CRM, OMS, mobile apps, and marketing platforms
• Support security, compliance, and data governance initiatives
• Lead testing cycles, including QA, UAT, and go-live planning
• Maintain platform documentation and system configuration records
• Participate in weekly work-in-progress and sprint planning sessions

Requirements:

• Practical experience with system integration frameworks such as SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies
• Hands-on experience with retail ERP system integration, particularly in Finance and master data management
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Marketing Cloud is ideal
• Retail operations and general retail business experience is preferred
• Proficient in Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
• Exposure to omni-channel retailing concepts, including OMS, fulfilment workflows, payment processing, and PIM (preferred)
• Familiarity with customer experience and digital engagement tools (preferred)
• Possess valid Salesforce certifications is a plus
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
