ITマネージャー/ IT Manager

A global advertising company is looking for an IT Manager. The selected candidate will oversee all local IT operations, manage infrastructure and support, and lead projects within a creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT helpdesk, desktop, application, and AV system support
• Oversee infrastructure, network, and disaster recovery planning
• Lead local IT projects and participate in global initiatives
• Control IT budget, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Implement and maintain technology policies and service level agreements
• Support client and departmental IT needs while ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information systems, or business
• More than 7 years of experience in a small to medium-sized organisation (budget management in an ad agency or other creative environment is ideal)
• More than 3 years of experience in project management on both small and large scale development projects
• Experience managing in an international scale is ideal
• Knowledge of IT technologies and methodologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, TCP/IP, Networking, etc.)
• Fluent level English and Japanese
