ITインフラマネージャー/ IT Infra Manager

A global luxury fashion brand is looking for an IT Infra Manager. The selected candidate will oversee and optimise the IT infrastructure while managing a team of IT professionals to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure operations
• Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies that align with HQ and LVMH Group objectives
• Create infrastructure solutions for proposals, projects, and support in both Office and Stores
• Spearhead projects to enhance network performance, server optimisation, and cloud solutions
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, delivering complex projects within scope and budget
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience in retail outlet infrastructure and network implementations is preferred
• Knowledge of AS/400 platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce CRM, and POS solutions (NCR and Cegid is ideal)
• Understanding of security, compliance, and risk management
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
• Possess valid certifications in IT management are a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English
