フォワードデプロイメントエンジニア/ Forward Deployed Engineer

A global AI technology company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer. The selected candidate will lead client engagements from discovery and deployment through adoption, while translating customer needs into product improvements and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee discovery sessions, define success criteria, and identify high-value use cases
• Develop phased roadmaps and manage stakeholder cadences, scope, risks, and escalations
• Review FDE deliveries to ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions
• Translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering improvements
• Build playbooks, starter repositories, and integration templates to scale engagements
• Drive change management, adoption, governance, and long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

• More than 10 years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical customer-facing roles, like Solutions Lead, Engagement Manager, Customer Success Lead, or Tech Consulting
• Background in regulated industries (financial services is ideal)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level spoken and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in adopting workflow automation, case management, or AI-enabled operations
• Knowledge with Financial Services domains
