サイバーセキュリティコンサルタント/ Cybersecurity Consultant

A multinational professional services firm is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant. The selected candidate will analyse client operations and risks, develop cybersecurity solutions, manage projects and stakeholders, and support governance, risk management, audits, and digital risk initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse client operations and processes, visualise workflows, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
• Support cybersecurity governance and risk management projects for financial institutions
• Assess cybersecurity risks and requirements and develop improvement measures and roadmaps
• Support cybersecurity assessments, internal audits, and governance enhancement activities
• Support the development and continuous improvement of cybersecurity risk assessment frameworks
• Support cybersecurity governance initiatives for overseas branches and subsidiaries in collaboration with international teams
• Manage project schedules, personnel, budgets, deliverables, and scope for manager-level assignments
• Provide work instructions to consultants and senior consultants and conduct quality reviews for manager-level assignments
• Participate in proposals and business development activities to secure new projects
• Contribute to new service and solution development activities where applicable
• Communicate with clients and project members, organise issues and recommendations, and support implementation
• Participate in projects involving IT and DX strategies, cloud, AI governance, system risk, and digital risk where required
• Contribute to global projects and overseas best-practice initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in a relevant professional field
• Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity, including through professional work or independent qualification study
• Experience in system design, development, and operations, security functions such as SOC, CSIRT, and information security management, or risk management functions such as incident management, IT-BCP, and system risk assessment

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in security consulting
• Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity within financial institutions
• Experience in service or asset development
• Experience participating in global projects
• Possess relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Business level English
