AIセキュリティスペシャリスト/ Security AI Ranger

A multinational technology services company is looking for a Security AI Ranger. The selected candidate will lead MS Security technical engagements, support Copilot for MS 365 readiness and adoption, enable partners, and collaborate across sales and technical teams to accelerate secure AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Lead partner and customer-facing technical engagements across Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
• Deliver L300–400-level technical discussions covering threat protection, information protection, data governance, compliance, and secure AI readiness
• Run technical workshops, solution mapping sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept support
• Translate customer requirements into practical solution paths aligned with secure AI approaches
• Deliver L100–200-level sessions in Japanese covering Copilot for Microsoft 365 business value, use cases, readiness, adoption, governance basics, and demonstrations
• Connect Copilot adoption with security, compliance, data protection, and information governance
• Position Copilot as part of a secure Microsoft 365 journey
• Work with distributors, SI partners, MSPs, and resellers across Japan to build technical capability and improve solution readiness
• Support partner enablement and pre-sales activities through technical guidance, solution alignment, and follow-up
• Share assets, learnings, and engagement approaches to support repeatable partner-led field activities

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, partner enablement, cloud, security, modern work, AI, or related customer-facing technical roles, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge in cybersecurity products
• Experience with Microsoft Security, particularly Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
• Ability to lead technical security discussions and develop towards stronger L300–400 capability in secure AI scenarios
• Ability to deliver L100–200 Copilot for MS 365 briefings, demonstrations, readiness workshops, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience presenting to both technical and business audiences
• Understanding of MS 365, SaaS and cloud concepts, and common security and compliance fundamentals
• Fluent level Japanese; moderate level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Entra, Intune, or broader Microsoft 365 security foundations
• Experience building or supporting partner offers, distributor-led programmes, or one-to-many enablement at scale
• Familiarity with security and governance frameworks such as NIST or CIS, or common compliance and risk concepts
• Possess valid relevant Microsoft Security, Compliance, AI, or Copilot certifications
• Possess a valid SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Possess a valid SC-401: Information Security Administrator
• Possess a valid AB-900: Microsoft Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals or an equivalent Copilot certification
