SAPコンサルタント/ SAP Consultant

An international professional services firm is looking for an SAP Consultant. The selected candidate will support enterprise transformation projects through upstream consulting, SAP strategy, digital transformation, global ERP projects, and client-side project management support. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse current business and system environments and design transformation concepts for major clients
• Support system planning, package and vendor selection, and implementation planning
• Drive digital transformation initiatives using cloud and advanced technologies from PoC through to full implementation
• Participate in global SAP and ERP projects, including inbound and outbound engagements
• Provide client-side support and PMO services for core system implementations
• Support business analysis, transformation concept design, and IT implementation projects across manufacturing, logistics, and other industries
• Lead multiple projects or provide specialist expertise in specific domains at Manager level and above

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in SAP projects
• More than 2 years of project management experience across multiple projects or deep specialist expertise applicable to a specific domain (For Manager level and above)
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in IT-driven enterprise transformation at a consulting firm, SIer, package vendor, or IT company
• Experience across SAP concept design, requirements definition, or implementation phases
• Global project experience
• Upstream IT project leadership in business domains such as management accounting, consolidation, production management, or logistics
• SAP development, SAP BASIS, or MDM lead experience
• Proficient in English
