コンサルタント/ Consultant

A multinational business intelligence and analytics company is seeking a Consultant. The selected candidate will provide hands-on consulting, develop advanced Strategy Schema, support implementation projects, manage technical relationships with customers, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver billable consulting services including product installation, project design and implementation, and Strategy Schema development
• Understand business objectives and connect project outcomes with customers’ overall vision and account strategy
• Participate in implementation activities and develop functional and technical application design skills
• Develop customer relationships and manage expectations through direct customer engagement
• Support the Services management team in scoping and estimating engagements
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
• Share technical expertise and experience with junior team members
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues on small teams of up to 8 members where required
• Apply consulting methodologies and Strategy best practices across a variety of situations
• Support project teams in taking ideas from concept through full deployment
• Develop awareness of the competitive landscape, key differentiators, and competitive positioning
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing forums

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business, technical, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in hands-on Strategy
• Fluency in creating and modelling advanced Strategy Schema layers, including joins, hierarchies, and logical tables
• Commitment to personal and professional growth
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75-80%

Preferred requirements:

• Strategy SDK experience
• Programming or systems development experience
