プリセールスソリューションコンサルタント/ Pre-sales Solution Consultant

A renowned information services company is looking for a Pre-sales Solution Consultant. The selected candidate will design customer solutions, deliver technical presentations, and support sales opportunities across financial services and fintech clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drive solution-based sales activities for financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech companies
• Analyse customer challenges, risk requirements, and compliance needs to design suitable solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations
• Advise customers on fraud prevention, identity verification, authentication, and related solutions
• Partner with sales teams on account strategies, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and deal execution
• Share customer and market insights while coordinating with stakeholders to advance opportunities

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in fraud prevention, fraud detection, risk management, identity verification, authentication, or cybersecurity
• Experience working in organisations such as banks, card companies, payment
  providers, fintech firms, credit bureaus, or cybersecurity companies
• Prior experience in client-facing engagement and presentations
• Native level Japanese; business level English (proficient in Korean is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience proposing fraud detection solutions, device intelligence, or behavioral
  analytics solutions
• Prior experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or professional services roles
• Understanding of eKYC (identity verification) and digital identity domains
