コンサルティングディレクター/ Consulting Director

A global cloud software and data analytics company is seeking a Consulting Director. The selected candidate will oversee organisational setup, compliance, business strategy, and client engagement in collaboration with global leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup of company operations in Japan, including compliance, banking, and hiring
• Act as the primary representative to clients, prospective employees, and local authorities
• Collaborate with global leadership to develop and execute business growth strategies
• Engage directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored consulting solutions
• Drive revenue generation by originating and closing large deals
• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams while ensuring strong performance and development

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of consulting experience
• Experience in top-tier firms (MBB, Big Four, or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in strategy, digital transformation, operations, or organisational change
• Deep industry knowledge in one or more sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, or manufacturing
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation and account growth
• Skilled in people leadership and cross-functional team management
• Global perspective and experience working across geographies and cultures
