インフラエンジニア/ Infrastructure Engineer

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer. The selected candidate will manage virtualised infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, private cloud operations, and automation initiatives. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise virtualised infrastructure environments
• Design, deploy, and maintain containerised applications and Kubernetes platforms
• Support private cloud operations and platform improvements
• Collaborate with development and platform teams on application onboarding and deployments
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability tools
• Troubleshoot platform issues and automate infrastructure operations

Requirements:

• Experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or cloud platform operations
• Prior experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualisation, and containerisation technologies
• Understanding of Linux systems, particularly RHEL-based distributions (e.g.,
  Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Rocky Linux)
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in spoken Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
• Prior experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Ansible, terraform
  etc)
• Proven experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus and
  Grafana)
• Understanding of virtualisation technologies and private cloud environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
