インフラ運用サポート/ Infrastructure Support

A global information technology company is looking for an Infra Support professional. The selected candidate will provide infrastructure, system, and network support while managing projects and vendors across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support infrastructure and system operations across offices and data centers
• Troubleshoot network, proxy, VPN, and server-related issues
• Build and manage servers and virtual machine environments
• Operate cloud infrastructure services and storage platforms
• Implement automation tools for high-volume operational tasks
• Lead infrastructure-related projects and coordinate with vendors

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer
• More than 1 year of project management experience
• Experience in leading meetings and presentations with overseas engineers using English
• Prior project experience in setting up and designing VM server network virtual environment
• Proven project experience in Linux and Windows infrastructure server (LDAP, ADDC, DNS, etc.) construction, configuration, and design
• Background in Linux and Windows OS upgrade projects, including verification
• Prior background in projects related to construction, configuration, and design of containerised virtual environments
• Proven project experience in storage network construction, configuration, and design

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in network design
• Prior experience in cyber security
• Proven experience in NFS and SMB storage operations
