ITインフラ・クラウドリーダー/ IT Infra/Cloud Lead

An international industrial tools manufacturer is looking for an IT Infra/Cloud Lead. The chosen applicant will oversee complex business systems, applications, and IT projects to ensure effective implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Business IT needs and act as the IT Business Partner for the Japan markets
• Lead large-scale or complex business systems and application upgrades, enhancements, and installations
• Develop and approve project plans, user acceptance test plans, and communication plans for knowledge transfer
• Evaluate user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans
• Define cost and time estimates for system implementation and development projects
• Create business process flow charts for customer and technical review
• Monitor and provide guidance to lower-level team members
• Analyse complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors and provide expert recommendations
• Serve as subject matter expert and consulting resource for functional areas
• Manage highly complex applications and business problems impacting operations, including AS400 support, daily closeout and monthly closing processes, server management, intranet management, and other IT projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an IT Management or Information Systems-related portfolio
• More than 12 years of IT experience, some of which in a Lead capacity
• 8-9 years of solid ERP experience focusing on one or more of the key business areas
• Experience in the management of external vendors
• Advanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem-solving skills
• General knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including PC, Telecoms and Networks
• General exposure to commercial systems (consumer goods industry is ideal)
• SAP experience is advantageous
• Proficient in English
