デスクトップエンジニア/ Desktop Engineer

A global luxury goods company is looking for a Desktop Engineer. The selected candidate will provide Level 2 IT support to boutique, office, and warehouse users, manage IT assets and support projects, and collaborate with regional and global teams to improve IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for PCs, printers, peripherals, networks, IT security, corporate communication systems, desktop software, corporate applications, and mobile devices
• Allocate incoming IT issues and requests efficiently
• Meet committed service levels and business deadlines
• Monitor IT support services, report status, and recommend necessary improvements
• Coordinate with Maisons, vendors, and other teams for boutique openings, renovations, relocations, and closures
• Manage the purchase, installation, upgrade, and replacement of corporate computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and software licences
• Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets from acquisition to disposal
• Develop and maintain IT support documentation and knowledge bases
• Coordinate with teams in Japan and HQ on cross-functional and cross-region issues and requests
• Provide on-site IT support as required

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in IT support
• Advanced knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Apple desktop operating systems
• Advanced knowledge of common software applications including MS Office, Outlook, and antivirus
• Advanced knowledge of mobile devices and services
• Knowledge of Active Directory administration
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Knowledge of MDM/DEP and JAMF
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in an international company
• Experience working in a retail environment
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Possess a valid ITIL Foundations certification
• Possess a valid Project management certification
