SAPファイナンスコンサルタント/ SAP Finance Consultant

A global retail company is looking for a SAP Finance Consultant. The selected candidate will support SAP S/4HANA finance processes, user training, SOP development, and post-implementation issue resolution. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Support finance users in understanding SAP S/4HANA processes and accounting entries
• Analyse journal entries generated from SAP Ariba, procurement, and other integrated modules
• Guide users through month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP
• Deliver SAP finance training and create user guides for accounting teams
• Develop SOPs and align local finance processes with global standards
• Resolve posting issues, support reconciliations, and coordinate with global SAP teams

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, finance systems, or SAP-related roles
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance processes
• Prior experience supporting Finance teams during ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects
• Proven experience investigating and resolving finance-related SAP issues
• Knowledge of integrated SAP processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Financial Close
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting processes

Preferred requirements:

• Experience training and supporting non-technical users
• Knowledge of SAP FICO processes
• Business level Japanese and English
