AIエンジニア/ AI Engineer

A global information technology services company is looking for an AI Engineer. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyse requirements, develop models, and present technical solutions and project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define and analyse business requirements
• Design and develop AI and machine learning solutions
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Select, optimise, and evaluate machine learning models
• Conduct data analysis and model development using Python, R, SQL, and related technologies
• Present technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in AI or Data Science
• Experience with data analysis and model development (Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies)
• Prior experience in client-facing requirements definition, problem analysis, and proposal activities
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s or above in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related domain
• Experience with AI technologies (machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision)
• Prior experience understanding clients’ business challenges and proposing/executing AI solutions
• Proven experience delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Previous development or operational experience in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
