フルスタックエンジニア/ Full Stack Developer (AI & Cloud)

A multinational technology services company is is looking for a Full Stack Developer (AI & Cloud), hiring from Senior Analyst to Manager level. The selected candidate will design and implement AI-enabled applications and cloud solutions, support PoCs and requirement definition, and collaborate with clients and global teams from concept through production. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-enabled applications using Java and Python
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents
• Design and implement cloud applications on Azure or AWS
• Support requirement definition, demos, PoCs, and stakeholder discussions
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to reusable components, assets, best practices, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Experience developing AI solutions using Java and/or Python, including LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents
• Experience designing and developing AI solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs with Python or C#, including RAG creation and PoC projects
• Experience building cloud environments and applications on Azure or AWS
• Full-stack development experience, with backend-focused experience also considered
• Strong technical background with a consulting mindset
• Passion for AI, cloud, and modern application design
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1)
