フォワードデプロイドエンジニア/ Forward Deployed Engineer

A global data and AI company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer. The selected candidate will build AI applications, partner with customers on production-ready use cases, shape enterprise AI architecture, codify repeatable solutions, and contribute to the growth of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and prototype full-stack AI/ML applications on the platform to demonstrate AI and agentic solutions for real enterprise use cases
• Partner directly with strategic customers to develop AI and agentic use cases from early prototypes through production readiness
• Advise customer leaders on AI roadmaps, solution design, deployment, and enterprise AI use cases
• Design and implement scalable AI solution architectures aligned with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
• Standardise successful solution patterns into repeatable reference architectures, productised solutions, starter kits, and internal playbooks
• Mentor internal teams and contribute to resources that expand AI capabilities
• Share customer and field insights with Product teams to improve AI platforms and products

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience building and deploying production-grade systems
• 2-4 years of experience building ML systems or GenAI/agentic applications
• Strong hands-on software engineering, data engineering, and applied AI/ML skills
• Experience building full-stack ML applications or agentic systems using modern AI frameworks and tooling
• Experience with foundation models, context engineering, fine-tuning, semantic search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows
• Deep understanding of LLMOps/MLOps practices including evaluation, observability, serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Experience designing and implementing scalable AI solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with open source big data technologies such as Spark, Iceberg, or NiFi
• Experience with AI infrastructure and runtime technologies including NVIDIA GPUs, inference optimisation, model serving, or distributed AI workloads
