カスタマーサクセスアプリケーションエンジニア/ Customer Success Application Engineer

A global IoT software platform and solutions provider is looking for a Customer Success Application Engineer. The selected candidate will support customer implementations, optimise product adoption, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Validate customer specifications for proof of concept and production deployments
• Configure IoT edge solutions and management platforms within customer environments
• Develop deployment best practices and maximise customer value through innovative solutions
• Provide technical guidance to sales teams, partners, and customers throughout the solution lifecycle
• Deliver advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with product teams on roadmap feedback, feature enhancements, demonstrations, webinars, and customer engagement activities

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically delivering solutions pertaining to the shop floor, automation, industrial Internet of Things, or analytics
• Prior experience coding in languages such as java script or python
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Background in customer facing / interactive role
• Knowledge with network protocols and architecture
• Prior knowledge of databases
• Understanding of Linux based systems
• Excellent skill in Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure with one or more of the major vendors (Azure, AWS, GCP, and Cloudera)
