フォワードデプロイドエンジニア/ Forward Deployed Engineer

An international IT solutions company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer. The selected candidate will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and deliver scalable solutions using modern software engineering and Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications using Python, JavaScript, or related technologies
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications and AI-driven workflows
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Build and manage agent-based architectures and orchestration workflows
• Implement and manage MLOps/LLMOps pipelines across the AI lifecycle
• Develop and deploy applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Identify technical risks and drive scalable, production-ready solutions

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in software engineering, technical implementation, or related technical delivery roles
• Experience driving projects with direct client engagement and stakeholder management
• Experience working in fast-paced and ambiguous delivery environments
• Strong hands-on development experience using Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience building production-grade backend services, APIs, and application workflows
• Experience building or implementing applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows
• Experience in agent design, orchestration logic, and tool-based execution patterns
• Experience building and deploying systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
• Experience with containerised deployment and cloud-native architecture patterns
• Experience designing and operating MLOps and/or LLMOps pipelines
• Understanding of deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience implementing large-scale enterprise systems
• Experience in data security, governance, and access control design
• Experience with observability tools and operational monitoring for AI systems
• Business level Japanese
