ソフトウェア実装プロジェクトマネージャー/ Software Implementation Project Manager

A global professional services firm is seeking a Software Implementation Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead and deliver complex software implementation projects, ensuring outcomes meet business and client expectations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of software implementation projects, including large-scale ones
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and reporting
• Ensure deliverables align with project objectives and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
• Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
• Handle stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and governance
• Support sales activities, customer meetings, and process improvements

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of project management experience
• Experience managing customer-facing software execution, system integration, or IT projects
• Background in ESG and sustainability (enterprise-level data management and reporting, such as GHG, SASB, GRI, CDP, CRSD, TCFD)
• Knowledge with web-based applications and software configuration
• Understanding of software products
• Possess valid PMP certification is ideal
• Fluent level English and Japanese
