クライアントサポートデータアナリスト/ Client Support Data Analyst

A financial technology company is looking for a Client Support Data Analyst. The selected candidate will support client onboarding, investigate data issues, analyse financial datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client success and product performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding and support successful product implementation
• Analyse financial datasets and troubleshoot client data issues and workflows
• Investigate operational challenges and identify root causes of bottlenecks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve bugs and enhance product performance
• Gather client feedback and recommend product improvements
• Document solutions and coordinate with sales and engineering teams to drive client success

Requirements:

• Experience analysing complex financial data and navigating enterprise software
• Background in supporting financial institutions (asset managers, banks, insurance companies, accountants)
• Prior background in financial workflows, accounting, or reporting systems
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience working on complex projects with tight requirements or several stakeholders
• Proven startup or early-stage company experience
• Prior financial data analysis, accounting, or investment management background
