マスターデータマネジメント担当/ Master Data Management

A global company is currently looking for a Master Data Management.

　　Location：Hyogo, Kobe **needs to be onsite

　　Salary：〜7.2mil yen / annual

　　Working days：Monday to Friday

　　Working Hours：9:00 AM to 5:40

　　Holidays：Weekends and public holidays are off

　　Hiring company：Global company

　　Start date： (Can negotiate)

　　Type of employment：Long term Contract (Haken)

　　Remote Work：2 times a week

Responsibilities:

• Provides level 1 support to the business users via tickets received from ServiceNow including service, incident and change requests
• Ensures consistency and integrity of product master data through cleansing and data redundancy exercises
• Coordinate with requestor to get further details regarding issues raised
• Supports in all master data related activities from data extraction to data loads and troubleshooting issues
• Anticipates business support issues and manage them to minimize impact: analyses problems, actions and progresses, issues as appropriate, ensures follow through to resolution
• Escalates to L2 when an unusually high number of requests are raised for specific issues
• Provides operational support for MDM stream of expertise
• Follows global master data program and maintenance and support governance procedures
• Supports in product/vendor master enrichment within MDM tools or across the landscape
• Monitor the interfaces across PLM, Informatica MDM and SAP FMS ensure errors are resolved or escalated when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience of working in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM)
• Knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (DQ)
• Experience of working on SQL queries
• Knowledge about Reference Data Management (RDM)
• Good to have experience working on Product data
• Well versed in ServiceNow and JIRA
• Understanding of master data, governance
• **Japanese is not required for this position**
