法人顧客支援シニアマネージャー/ Enterprise Customer Success Senior Manager

A global cloud software company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success. The selected candidate will lead an enterprise customer success team, drive adoption and retention, and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Enterprise Customer Success team
• Develop customer success strategies tailored to the Japanese enterprise market
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders across major enterprises
• Oversee customer onboarding, success planning, QBRs, renewals, and expansion
• Analyse customer data to identify adoption trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, Finance, and other teams on account strategies

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Account Management roles in the B2B SaaS / subscription software domain
• More than 5 years of people management experience leading and coaching high-performing Enterprise CS or account teams (regional or market-owning capacity)
• Understanding of the Japanese enterprise technology landscape (cloud, infrastructure, observability, security)
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
