CRMソリューションアーキテクト/ CRM Solution Architect

A renowned IT company is looking for a CRM Solution Architect. The selected candidate will lead Dynamics 365 solution architecture, integrations, technical governance and deployment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Define architecture for Dynamics 365 applications and integrations
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security and compliance standards
• Guide development teams on technical standards and best practices
• Review technical designs, customisations and integrations for quality
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and advise on technology roadmaps
• Design Azure and Power Platform integrations and oversee deployments, DevOps pipelines, environment management and governance

Requirements:

• Proficient in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, Azure services, Solution Architecture, Integration Design, Security & Compliance
• Native level spoken Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in AI & Machine Learning integration (Azure AI, Copilot, Cognitive Services)
