クライアントパートナー/ Client Partner
A Client Parter role is now open in a global enterprise software company. The chosen candidate will be in charge of selling ERP consulting, implementation, development, and managed services in Japan, focusing on the Process Manufacturing industry. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through positioning Infor as a solution provider and understanding customer business requirements
- Engage with license new business teams to propose and present cost-effective service solutions aligned with license opportunities and bid strategy
- Develop account strategies by analysing customer business requirements, especially how Infor’s services can unlock business value
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive opportunities to closure and achieve or exceed individual targets
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue generation
- Act as the director and motivator of the sales team, including Legal, Pre-Sales, Delivery Management, and other assigned disciplines for each opportunity
- Ensure effective and winning proposals are delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner
- Comply with company processes and tools used to record, track opportunities and orders, and report progress
- Manage opportunities for new business and installed base in line with Infor’s standard documentation and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of successful relevant services sales (ERP in the manufacturing industry is ideal)
- Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions
- Know-how of Cloud solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and planning skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage forecast/pipeline and reflect a true position with date-driven deadlines
- Proven ability to manage a sales campaign and close deals alongside license campaigns or as a standalone service campaign
- Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers, including C-level executives
- Creative ability to run own campaigns in coordination with call efforts
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English

- Proven business relationship skills
