ファンクショナルアナリスト/ Functional Analyst

A multinational technology services company is looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst. The selected candidate will support digital transformation projects in the travel, logistics, and hospitality sectors by analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving system implementation and migration initiatives with Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyse business processes within the airline or logistics industry
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes against business requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts
• Write test scripts for new business processes
• Coordinate test execution with offshore teams
• Implement solutions that align with business goals
• Bridge business and technical teams throughout system implementation and migration initiatives
• Coordinate with Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams across projects

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, PM, PMO, or Engineer
• Background in system implementation, migration, or operations improvement
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N2+); business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Airline or logistics domain knowledge
• Experience in global projects
• Technical proficiency in JAVA, UI, or AWS
